Research Associate
Job Responsibilities
- Optimize all channels and sources to source for contact details based on criteria given by the team
- Carry out presearch analysis of different industries and clients’ potential competitors
- Assist in “mapping” the candidate universe and conduct research
- Maintain and update candidates’ details and the company’s database
- Prepare presentation materials
- Manage documentation throughout the search
- Conduct interviews with candidates
- Produce necessary reports and supporting documents for candidate presentations
- Manage clients, candidates, and the entire recruitment process
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or above with at least one year of working experience
- A result-oriented team player with a “can-do” attitude
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Comfortable with cold-calling and possess the ability to handle rejections
- Inquisitive and eager to learn
- Highly detail-oriented when processing paper work
- Possess the ambition to become a professional consultant
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with people of all levels
- Fluent in spoken and written English
